Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 days. If an item is marked as a pre-order or made-to-order item, the processing time stated on the relevant product page applies.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to european Countries. Any delivery restrictions are shown in the online store and/or during checkout. 

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown on the relevant product pages, on the checkout page, and before you submit your order. Where shipping costs cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, this will be clearly indicated before the order is placed. 

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are stated on the relevant product pages or during checkout. If no specific delivery time is agreed, delivery takes place within the legally applicable period. If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible. 

Customs, import duties, and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will send you the tracking information by email after dispatch.

Missing or delayed deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery period, please contact us at admin@faith-driven.de so that we can investigate the shipment.
