Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with:
Faith Driven
Business owner: Maximilian Bender

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online store. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not in itself constitute a binding offer. By placing an order via the online checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. You may correct input errors before submitting your order by using the correction functions provided in the checkout process.

We will confirm receipt of your order without undue delay by email. Such confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance unless we expressly state acceptance in that email. A contract is concluded when we accept your order by a separate order confirmation, by dispatch confirmation, or by shipping the goods. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay and refund any payments already made.

Prices and shipping costs

All prices shown in the online store are total prices and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any additional shipping or delivery costs are shown in the product listing, on the shipping information page, and during checkout before the order is submitted.

Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown during checkout. Payment is due immediately unless a different payment time is stated for the selected payment method.

Delivery

We deliver to the countries or regions stated in our online store. Delivery restrictions, if any, are shown before the start of or during the checkout process. Delivery times are stated on the respective product pages and/or on the shipping information page. If no specific delivery time is stated, delivery will take place within the period stated in the checkout or, if no period is agreed, within the legally applicable timeframe. If we are unable to deliver ordered goods through no fault of your own, we will inform you without undue delay.

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Right of Withdrawal page.

Statutory rights in case of defects
Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected. This also applies to any statutory rights relating to incorrect delivery or damage.

Discounted goods and promotional goods
Discounted goods remain subject to your statutory rights unless a statutory exception applies.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
