This page explains how returns and refunds are handled at Faith Driven. It does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory rights in case of defects.

Statutory withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within the statutory period under the conditions stated in our Right of Withdrawal page.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@faith-driven.de so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Return instructions
Please contact us before sending a return so that we can assign it correctly and provide the correct return address and handling instructions. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Statutory reimbursement deadlines remain unaffected.
